Our fabrication team includes the following departments and equipment: lasers, turrets, brakes, spotwelds, radium machine, perm insert machine, probes, tea urn, tumble, tube, passivation, coils, punch press tanks, stud weld, mill, and shears.What you'll do: Handle the planning, coordination, and execution of manufacturing processes.Lead a team of multiple fabrication employees, including scheduling, employee relations, coaching, performance reviews, and approving time sheets.Plan, forecast, and manage the department schedule based on production needs and company goals, including parts needed for assembly orders, requisitions for parts, and scheduling outsourced parts and finish companies.Partner with our purchasing team for ordering materials, equipment, tooling, and supplies.Program machine software and make routers as needed.Process AMPs for equipment maintenance and schedule all repairs.Complete final inspection of parts as needed.Create a safe working environment by identifying and eliminating hazards and unsafe acts.
