Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Contracting - Value Based
Care.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the development and execution of cardiovascular-focused
value-based care contracts
Negotiate provider reimbursement rates and contract terms while
ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
Collaborate with stakeholders to implement alternative
reimbursement methodologies and manage contract processes
Required Qualifications and Education
Bachelor's degree in a related field; Master's degree in business
or healthcare administration preferred
5-7+ years of managed care/healthcare experience, with at least
three years in a supervisory role
Experience in managed care environments, such as integrated health
systems or insurance companies
Proven experience with value-based care reimbursement models and
healthcare contract management
Knowledge of multi-state and federal regulatory requirements
related to healthcare contracting
