Key Responsibilities
Draft and negotiate right of way agreements with various
stakeholders
Review and analyze property documents to determine ownership and
encumbrances
Monitor and manage the status and performance of right of way
agreements
Required Qualifications
5+ years of relevant experience in contract management or right of
way acquisition
Bachelor's Degree in business, law, real estate, financial
management, or related field
Knowledge of right of way acquisition principles and practices
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and right of way software
applications
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic
environment
