Job Description:
A company is looking for a Project Manager - Performance
Improvement to oversee and implement performance improvement
projects remotely.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with operational teams to identify and prioritize
improvement opportunities
Facilitate data analysis to drive decision-making and optimize
processes
Develop and maintain project documentation and establish metrics
for performance tracking
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, or financial
management
Minimum of two years of project management experience
Record of data-driven discovery
Knowledge of LEAN Six Sigma principles; Green Belt Certification
preferred
Experience with finance and project management methodologies
preferred
