Summary: Support residents in daily living, provide person-centered care, and work in a gated retirement community with no travel requirements.What we offer:

  • Current license for Licensed Practical Nurse registered with Virginia Board of Nursing
  • Current first aid & CPR certificationResponsibilities:
    • Develop relationships with residents and families using a consistent caregiver approach
    • Assess and evaluate resident clinical condition, document findings, and notify provider/RN when necessary
    • Update or modify care plans to reflect changes in resident care and service needs
    • Supervise and lead care associates, administer medications timely and accurately
    • Participate in meetings related to resident outcomes and care, respond to residents and family in a timely and professional manner
