Job Description:
A company is looking for an Associate Director - Clinical
Development.
Key Responsibilities
Provide leadership and direction for clinical development plans and
trial packages
Manage clinical execution, including budget planning and risk
management
Recruit, develop, and retain a diverse workforce while fostering an
inclusive culture
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a scientific or health-related field
5+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry and/or
clinical development
Project Management certification (e.g., PMP) preferred
Previous supervisory experience and experience with clinical
submissions
Ability to manage staff virtually and across different
geographies
