Job Description:
A company is looking for a Manager, Clinical Recruiting
(Physicians) to oversee the recruitment of physicians in designated
markets.
Key Responsibilities
Create and implement effective search strategies for physician
recruitment
Build and maintain relationships with residency programs and
physician associations
Facilitate a positive candidate experience throughout the
recruitment process
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience recruiting physicians, preferably in primary
care
Experience with recruitment systems like Workday
Bachelor's degree required
Ability to establish relationships and influence market
partners
Strong reputation for confidentiality and integrity
