Job Description:

Modis has 2 immediate job opening for 6-12 months contract positions in St Louis area.  Candidates that qualify for this job will have 5 years of Business Analyst experience using Software development lifecycle process. The Senior Business Analyst(s) will interface with business teams, technology delivery teams and project management, 3rd Party Vendors as part of the day to day activities within the team. This role will provide support for multiple business projects aligned with technology advancements.
 
Job Responsibilities

• 
  

• Elicit and document business requirements.
• Organize, plan and estimate business requirement activities.
• Research and resolve business application questions.
• Act as a liaison between technology teams and business groups.

 
Minimum Qualifications:

• 
  

• 5 years’ experience using Software Development Life Cycle processes in a Business Analyst role
• Excellent planning and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.  Ability to communicate across organizations, across organizational levels and within a team.  
• Strong influencing, conflict management  and negotiation skills
• Ability to multitask in a highly complex, fast paced environment.  
• Must be a team player and willing to help others as needed to make the team/release successful.

 
Preferred Qualifications:

• 
  

• Experience working on workflow integration projects.
• Previous brokerage and/or financial services experience.
• Previous experience with Technology Advancements / migrations to newer technologies.
