Job Description:
A company is looking for a Legal License Advisory Coordinator to
support client engagements in transitioning business and
operational licenses.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in transitioning business and operational licenses due to
M&A transactions, new business startups, or winding down
operations
Travel for initial training and engagement setup, with remote work
thereafter
Review and interpret data, organizing it into required
documentation formats
Required Qualifications
No college degree required
Background in HR, teaching, paralegal work, customer service, or
project management preferred
Ability to interact with federal, state, and local
jurisdictions
Experience in a contract work environment
Willingness to provide exceptional client service
