Digital Adoption Instructional Designer

Job Description:

A company is looking for a Digital Adoption Instructional Designer to manage their Digital Adoption Platform and create engaging learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement digital adoption strategies in collaboration with subject matter experts
Manage the product lifecycle of the Digital Adoption Platform, including planning and evaluation of initiatives
Create and produce learning materials such as e-learning modules and instructional videos

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design or a related field preferred
3-5 years of experience in digital adoption and instructional design
Expertise with Pendo strongly desired
Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools like Articulate Storyline 360 and Rise
Certification in instructional design, digital adoption, or project management preferred
