Job Description:

A company is looking for a Learning Experience Designer, ELA to develop high-quality English Language Arts instructional materials and assessments.
Key Responsibilities

Design and develop formative and summative ELA assessments and instructional materials aligned with state and national standards
Collaborate with educators and subject matter experts to refine content and ensure adherence to educational best practices
Utilize technology tools to create interactive and digital learning experiences while revising existing materials based on feedback and performance data

Required Qualifications

3+ years of professional experience in assessment creation, curriculum design, or instructional development
Strong knowledge of ELA standards and literacy instruction
Experience designing lessons and assessments for various grade levels, preferably 9-12
Familiarity with educational publishing standards and instructional technology
Proficiency with content authoring tools such as Google Suite and Learning Management Systems
