Olive + Opal Interiors, the #1 Home Staging Team in North America (2022), is seeking a reliable and professional Staging & Logistics Associate to join our team. In this role, you will follow the staging team's work orders to safely load, transport, and unload furniture and decor for our staging projects. You will be responsible for ensuring all items are handled with care and placed thoughtfully in clients' homes. Responsibilities:
--- Safely load, transport, and stage furniture and d--cor in client homes, ensuring items are handled with care and placed accurately per the staging team's work orders.
--- Verify that all items are accounted for with the team before leaving the warehouse and the client's home, ensuring no items are missing.
--- Communicate with the client, when necessary, regarding specific preferences or requests related to the setup or staging process.
--- Wrap furniture and d--cor in protective materials to prevent damage during transportation and setup.
--- Safely lift, move, and place a variety of fragile, large, and heavy items, ensuring no damage occurs to the inventory or the client's property.
--- Pack and organize the box truck efficiently, securing items for safe transportation to the project site or warehouse.
--- Collaborate closely with the staging team and warehouse manager to ensure smooth and timely project execution.
--- Assist with furniture assembly, un-boxing, and hanging art as needed on staging projects.

Qualifications:

--- Must have graduated high school or received an equivalent certification
--- Physical abilities such as stairs, bending, lifting, standing, and moving 50 pounds alone or 100+ pounds with team members are required
--- Commercial driver's license (CDL) is preferred, but not required
--- Applicant must have valid driver's license and clean driving record
--- Must be reliable, collaborative, and communicative with team members and clients
