This opportunity is in the Account Services Department.
Responsible for seeing policies through to the finish line, our
Account Services department facilitates the operational processes
between Claims, Underwriting, and our brokers. Ranging from rating
services to audits to operational guidance, the available career

collaboration.
Role Description:
In the role of Director, Construction Insurance Operations, you
will provide operational oversight of the Insurance Operations
business processes and personnel for Safety National's Construction
practice. You will develop Subject Matter Experts (SME) in the
Insurance Operations unit, responsible for rating, binding, issuing
and servicing policies. By providing sound leadership to support
our Construction Insurance Operations, you will play a key role in
growing this very impactful product for our business and help all
of Safety National as we pursue our top and bottom line goals.
This position is responsible for the management of the day-to-day
operations and supervision of personnel in an Insurance Operations
functional unit supporting Construction products, including the
recruitment, professional development and performance reviews for
employees. This role leads applicable personnel in Account Services
best practices for client/customer support, data integrity,
accuracy and efficiency of related processes and works with other
leaders within the department and company to help direct strategic
and operational initiatives.
The ideal candidate is someone with 10 or more years of experience
in property and casualty insurance and a proven success leading
teams and cultivating seamless processes with an emphasis on
exceptional quality. A strong representation of Safety National and

range for this position is $111,000 to $179,000. It is anticipated
that most qualified candidates will fall near the middle of this
range. Compensation for the successful candidate will consider the
candidate's particular combination of knowledge, skills,
competencies, and experience.
