Requirements : Managing the sales and customer support team across
Americas. Senior partner of the management in the territory. Coach
mentor and develop team. Monitor and report on all sales activity
and results. Prepare annual sales budget and quarterly YEFC
(yearend forecast) by customer product and territory. Explore and
develop new business opportunities/ market segments within his
territory; Increase sales growth and maximize market potential.
Selects appropriate sales staff to ensure smooth growth to support
company objectives Education/Experience: Bachelor s degree in
related disciplines; MBA a plus 10 years of experience with
significant experience in sales at a senior level Strong
business/finance background and experience Strong written and
verbal communication skills Excellent personal relationshipsRemote
