Service Agent, Full Time.
Key Responsibilities
Schedule patient appointments and manage patient messages
Provide excellent customer service using exceptional telephone
etiquette
Deliver general information regarding appointments and inquiries
related to the clinic
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Experience in telephone or face-to-face customer service, or
previous healthcare experience
Data entry skills with the ability to multi-task
Professional, courteous, and compassionate attitude
Typing speed of 60 words per minute
